  2. suit which has at least four cards, usually five,
  3. headed by queen or better.

  5.   The HCPC ranges from 3 to 6, and there is no ace or
  6. king in a side suit. Most of the points are in the suit
  7. bid.

  9.   Don't make a psychic bid if vulnerable nor following
  10. 3 passes.

  12.   The person who makes a psychic bid must alert his
  13. partner by bidding notrump or his/her suit, whichever
  14. comes first, at the lowest possible level.
